Every plan — monthly, six-month, or yearly — can be cancelled at any time. No phone tag, no fine print, no awkward retention calls. You're in complete control of your mailbox and your wallet.
For six-month and yearly subscriptions, if you cancel part-way through, we re-bill the months you've already received at the rate of the plan tier that matches how long you stayed — then refund you the difference. You only ever pay for the mail that was sent, at a fair price for the time you kept it.
How the re-bill works
Example: cancel at 6 months
On the yearly plan, cancel after 6 months → your 6 months are re-billed at the six-month rate ($18.99/mo), and the remaining 6 months are refunded.
Example: cancel at 2 months
On the yearly plan, cancel after 2 months → your 2 months are re-billed at the monthly rate ($19.99/mo), and the remaining 10 months are refunded.
